Everything was absolutely perfect and the rooms were clean. It was magnificent close to airport. In fact, the property was really close to much more beautiful beaches and the dunes. Staff was good and lovely. They had available a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a sitting area, greatly enjoyed that. We could enjoy views of the mountains.

wanted to see san agustin popular places and this apartment was fantastic base for exploring most of them.

Entertainment for kids in the evening was enjoyable, and the nearby shopping center had a great selection of restaurants. We ended up eating there every day instead of the hotel. The buffet at the hotel was quite boring, but the nearby restaurants provided much better options.

The main issue we faced was the lack of information regarding the kids club. On the second day of our stay, our children were kicked out of the kids club because we had not booked the hotel through TUI.
